Institute of Banking Personnel Selection (IBPS) conducting a Common Written Examination(CWE) for the specialist cadre for the banks. Through this exam banks can recruit IT Officer scale-I, Law officer scale-I and II, IT officer scale-II, Technical officer, marketing and HR officer, CA and finance executives.

There are 20 banks which are accepting IBPS score card for the recruitment process of their specialist cadre 2013.
Eligibility Conditions:
- Candidate should be citizen or have the nationality of India or under the nationality defined by the IBPS.
- Educational qualification and work experience should be as follow the declaration of committee.
- Candidates who are applying for the Scale II are advised to check the experience details given by the IBPS.
- Age limitation: 20 to 35 (For scale I officer)
: 21 to 35(CA)
: 25 to 35(FE)
- Candidates are advised to apply for only one post, other wise their candidature will be cancelled.
- There are other rules for the Reserved category students and PH(Physically handicapped) students as relaxation in age and application fee concession.
Examination Details/Syllabus:
There are two ty[es of structure for the examination, as one for Law officer & Rajbhasha Adhikari and other for rest ones.
Type-I :

Maximum Marks : 200
Total time : 120 min.
Subjects : Reasoning, GA, English, Professional knowledge
Type-II :
Maximum Marks : 200
Total time : 120 min.
Subjects : Reasoning, Quantitative Aptitude, English, Professional knowledge
NOTE: There are negative marking of .25 marks for each wrong answer.
